Prep the fruit: Peel your fresh orange thoroughly, removing as much of the bitter white pith as possible, and break it into segments.

Layer the blender: Add the liquid ingredients first—the orange juice and milk—into your blender. This helps the blades spin smoothly. Next, add the yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey.

Add the solids: Top the liquid mixture with your fresh orange slices and the ice cubes.

Blend until smooth: Secure the lid and blend on high speed for about 45 to 60 seconds. Keep blending until the ice is completely crushed and the smoothie has a perfectly creamy, uniform texture.
