Ingredients
200 g (about 1 cup) cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup finely chopped carrots
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum (bell peppers) (any color)
2 tbsp finely chopped cucumber (seeds removed)
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
1 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
1–2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp garlic powder or 1 clove fresh garlic (minced)
½ tsp lemon juice
🔪 Preparation Steps
Soften the cream cheese
Leave it at room temperature for 10–15 minutes so it mixes easily.
Prep the vegetables
Chop all veggies very finely. The smaller the pieces, the smoother your spread will be.
Mix the base
In a bowl, add cream cheese and mayonnaise (if using). Mix until smooth.
Add vegetables & seasoning
Stir in all chopped vegetables, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Blend well
Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Chill (recommended)
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to let the flavors develop.
