Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- Extra butter for brushing
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and egg. Mix well.
- Add flour and salt. Knead until soft and smooth.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide into small balls and place in a greased baking tray.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush warm rolls with butter and serve fresh 😍🥖
