Creamy Mandarin Orange Fluff Salad 🍊✨
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz) orange gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese or sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
👩🍳 Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water and let cool slightly.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until slightly thickened but not fully set.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine whipped topping, cottage cheese (or sour cream), and vanilla extract.
- Fold in mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
- Add the slightly thickened gelatin mixture and gently stir until combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2–4 hours until creamy and cold.
- Serve chilled in bowls or dessert cups.
