Creamy Cherry Smoothie

1.5 cups frozen sweet cherries (pitted)

1 cup milk of your choice (whole milk, almond, or oat)

1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 ripe banana (sliced and frozen)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions

Add to blender: Place the frozen cherries, frozen banana slices, Greek yogurt, milk, and sweetener (if using) into a high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth: Secure the lid and blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds until the mixture is completely creamy, thick, and smooth.

Adjust consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend for a few more seconds. If it’s too thin, add a few more frozen cherries.

Serve immediately: Pour the vibrant pink smoothie into glasses. Top with a fresh cherry on top and enjoy cold with a straw!
