Creamy Banana Protein Shake
Ingredients

1 large frozen banana (peeled)

1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

1 tsp chia seeds

½ tsp ground cinnamon

Handful of ice cubes
Instructions

Combine: Place the frozen banana, protein powder, milk, nut butter, and cinnamon into a high-speed blender.

Blend: Process on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if a thicker, frostier consistency is desired.

Serve: Pour into a glass.

Garnish: Top with extra banana slices, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and a dash of cinnamon. Enjoy immediately!
