  • Chicken: 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

  • Ham: 1 cup diced deli ham

  • Cheese: 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese (or Mozzarella)

  • Sauce: 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup, ½ cup sour cream, and ½ cup milk

  • Seasoning: ½ tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste

  • Topping: 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs, mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter

  • Garnish: Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Mix Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  3. Layer: Evenly spread the cooked chicken in the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Layer the diced ham over the chicken, then pour the sauce mixture evenly over the top.

  4. Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheese in a generous layer over the sauce.

  5. Crunchy Topping: Combine the crushed crackers and melted butter in a small bowl, then sprinkle them over the cheese layer.

  6. Bake: Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling at the edges and the cheese is beautifully melted and golden brown.

  7. Serve: Let it cool for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and enjoy!
