Ingredients
For the Salmon
- 2 large salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- ½ tsp garlic powder
For the Filling
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Salmon
➡️ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
➡️ Cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet.
➡️ Rub with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Make the Filling
➡️ In a bowl, combine:
- Spinach
- Chopped shrimp
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Minced garlic
➡️ Mix until creamy and well combined.
3. Stuff the Salmon
➡️ Fill each salmon pocket with the spinach and shrimp mixture.
