Cilantro Jalapeño Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 2 jalapeños, seeded (or leave seeds for extra heat)
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
- Wash and roughly chop the cilantro.
- Remove stems from the jalapeños if desired.
Step 2
- Add cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
Step 3
- Blend until finely chopped.
Step 4
- Add sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Blend again until smooth and creamy.
Step 5
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
Step 6
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
