Warm Baked Brie with Figs and Pecans
Ingredients
1 wheel brie cheese
1/2 cup fresh or dried figs, sliced
1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
Pinch of salt
Crackers or toasted bread for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place brie on a small baking dish or parchment-lined tray.
Top with sliced figs and chopped pecans.
Drizzle with honey and maple syrup if using.
Sprinkle thyme leaves and a pinch of salt over the top.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until brie is soft and gooey.
Remove from oven and let sit for 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
