Sunshine Strawberry Smoothie.

Sunshine Strawberry Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries: 1 cup fresh (halved, as seen in the glass) or frozen for a thicker chill.

  • Banana: 1 medium ripe banana, sliced.

  • Orange: 1 large orange, peeled and segmented (remove seeds).

  • Liquid Base: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla) and 1/2 cup almond milk (or coconut water for a lighter version).

  • Sweetener (Optional): 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup if your berries are tart.

  • Ice: A handful of cubes to get that frosty texture shown in the second glass.

Instructions

1. Prep the Fruit

Start by washing your strawberries and removing the green tops. Peel the orange and slice the banana. If you want to mimic the aesthetic of the first photo for a “smoothie pack,” layer the strawberries at the bottom, followed by bananas, then the orange segments on top.

2. Load the Blender

To protect your blender blades and ensure a smooth finish, add your liquids first (yogurt and milk). Follow with the softer fruits like bananas and oranges, and finally add the strawberries and ice.

3. Blend to Perfection

Pulse the blender a few times to break up the larger chunks, then blend on high for about 45–60 seconds. You are looking for a uniform, pale pink color with no visible ice chunks.

4. Serve and Garnish

Pour into a tall glass. To get the look from the photo, top with a single fresh strawberry and a few ice cubes.

Pro Tip

If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, add more frozen strawberries. This blend is packed with Vitamin C and potassium, making it an excellent morning boost!
