Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3–4 slices fresh ginger

Ginger Tea Method

  1. Boil 1 cup water.
  2. Add ginger slices.
  3. Simmer 5–10 minutes.
  4. Strain.
  5. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  6. Drink 1 cup daily.

Daily Leg Routine

  1. Walk 20–30 minutes daily.
  2. Every 45 minutes, stretch or move your ankles.
  3. Elevate legs for 15 minutes at night.
  4. Drink enough water through the day.
  5. Avoid tight clothes and high heels.
