Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Pizza Filling

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Β½ cup cooked ground beef or sausage
  • 12 pepperoni slices
  • ΒΌ cup sliced black olives
  • ΒΌ cup diced green bell pepper
  • ΒΌ cup diced yellow bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Grease 4–6 foil cups or a muffin tin with olive oil.
  3. Flatten dough pieces and press them into the cups to form mini crusts.
  4. Add 1–2 tablespoons pizza sauce into each cup.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Top with cooked beef or sausage, pepperoni, olives, and peppers.
  7. Add a little more cheese and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
