🧾 INGREDIENTS

🔸 Dough:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

🔸 Sauce:

  • 1 cup pizza sauce (or crushed tomatoes)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • Salt to taste

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

🔪 STEP-BY-STEP

1️⃣ Make Dough

  • Mix warm water + sugar + yeast → rest 5 min
  • Add flour + salt + oil
  • Knead for 8–10 minutes
  • Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours

2️⃣ Prepare Pan

  • Oil a square tray or pan
