Hot Honey Glazed Salmon Bites with Whipped Goat Cheese

Ingredients
Salmon Bites
1½ pounds skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup hot honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Whipped Goat Cheese
6 ounces soft goat cheese
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of salt
For Garnish
Fresh parsley or dill
Lemon zest
Crushed red pepper flakes
Extra hot honey
 Instructions
1. Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and cut it into evenly sized cubes. Place the salmon in a bowl and toss with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Make the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
3. Cook the Salmon
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer, leaving space between them.
Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, turning gently until the salmon is golden and nearly cooked through.
Pour the hot honey glaze over the salmon and toss gently. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, allowing the glaze to become glossy and caramelized.
Cook salmon to a safe internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
4. Make the Whipped Goat Cheese
Add goat cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and salt to a food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and fluffy. If it seems too thick, add a teaspoon of water or additional yogurt.
5. Serve
Spread the whipped goat cheese onto a serving platter. Arrange the hot honey salmon bites over the cheese.
Drizzle with additional hot honey and garnish with fresh parsley, lemon zest, and a small pinch of red pepper flakes.
Serve immediately while the salmon is warm.
 Tips
Pat the salmon dry before seasoning for better browning.
Cut the salmon into similar-sized pieces so everything cooks evenly.
Don’t overcrowd the skillet; cook in batches if necessary.
Add the honey glaze near the end to prevent burning.
For a milder version, use regular honey with a pinch of chili flakes.
Serve the goat cheese at room temperature for the creamiest texture.
