Homemade Mini Pizza Buns 🍕✨

🛒 Ingredients
For the Dough
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup warm milk or water
For the Topping
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp chopped olives (optional)
- Italian seasoning
- Chili flakes (optional)
For Brushing
- 1 egg yolk or 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk and olive oil. Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft and smooth.
2️⃣ Let It Rise
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
3️⃣ Shape the Mini Pizzas
Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each into mini pizza rounds and place on a lined baking tray.
4️⃣ Add Toppings
Spread pizza sauce on each round.
Top with mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, corn, and olives.
5️⃣ Bake
Brush edges with egg yolk or milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
6️⃣ Serve
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle Italian seasoning before serving.
