- 2 tbsp sweet corn

- Italian seasoning

For Brushing
- 1 egg yolk or 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm milk and olive oil. Knead for 8β10 minutes until soft and smooth.

Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each into mini pizza rounds and place on a lined baking tray.
