- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

🥩 Step 1: Cook the Beef
➡️ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
➡️ In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
➡️ Add the diced onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
➡️ Drain any excess grease.
🥣 Step 2: Combine Ingredients
➡️ Stir in:
- Uncooked rice
- Beef broth
- Diced tomatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper
➡️ Mix everything well.
🥘 Step 3: Assemble the Casserole
➡️ Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
➡️ Spread it evenly.
➡️ Cover tightly with foil.

➡️ Bake for 40–45 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

➡️ Remove the foil.
➡️ Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
