🛒 Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp butter or olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Fresh herbs or microgreens (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the Eggs
Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a pan over low-medium heat and cook the eggs slowly, stirring gently until soft and creamy. - Prepare the Bowl
