*For the Chicken:*

– *Chicken breast*: 2 large, butterflied

– *Olive oil*: 1 tbsp

– *Seasoning*: 1 tsp each garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper

– Grill or pan-sear 6-7 min per side until charred and 165°F inside. Rest 5 min, then slice.

*For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:*

– *Butter*: 2 tbsp

– *Garlic*: 3 cloves, minced fine

– *Heavy cream*: 1 cup

– *Parmesan*: ½ cup, freshly grated

– *Italian seasoning*: 1 tsp

– *Black pepper*: ½ tsp

– Melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic 30 sec. Pour in cream, simmer 2-3 min. Whisk in parmesan + seasoning until smooth and thick.

*Bowl Assembly:*

1. *Base*: Cauliflower rice or white rice

2. *Veggies*: Steamed broccoli florets

3. *Top*: Sliced grilled chicken

4. *Finish*: Drizzle hot sauce over everything. Garnish with parsley if you want.
