These Garlic Herb Grilled Chicken Tenders are juicy, flavorful, and beautifully charred on the outside. Marinated with garlic, lemon, olive oil, and Mediterranean herbs, they’re perfect for a quick family dinner, meal prep, salads, wraps, or serving with rice and roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
1½ lbs chicken tenderloins
3 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
 Instructions
1. Make the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, parsley, thyme, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken tenders and toss until completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
3. Preheat the Grill
Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
4. Grill
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place the tenders on the hot grill. Cook for approximately 4–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden brown with visible grill marks.
Chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
5. Rest and Serve
Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
