Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
1. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl whisk together:
- flour
- sugar
- baking powder
- salt
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl whisk:
- eggs
- milk
- melted butter
- vanilla
3. Make the Batter
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Mix gently until combined.
Do not overmix — lumps are okay.
Fold in blueberries carefully.
4. Cook the Pancakes
Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour batter into rounds.
Cook:
- 2–3 minutes until bubbles form
- flip and cook another 2 minutes
Until golden brown and fluffy.

- Powdered sugar
- Honey
- Extra blueberries
- Lemon slices
