For the base
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or crushed biscuits)

For the key lime filling
- 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
For the creamy layer
- 2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (if using fresh cream)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
- Make the crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press lightly into the bottom of a trifle dish or serving cups. - Prepare the filling
Whisk sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thick. Combine both mixtures until smooth. - Make whipped cream
Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form (skip if using ready-made topping). - Assemble layers
Layer in this order: graham cracker base → key lime filling → whipped cream. Repeat layers until full. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (longer for better results). - Garnish & serve
Top with whipped cream, lime zest, or crushed crackers before serving.
