Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ cup white chocolate (melted)
  • Powdered sugar for topping

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix whole milk and cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Add condensed milk and cook on low heat until slightly thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until fluffy.
  5. Fold the cooled milk mixture and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
  6. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  7. Add a little melted white chocolate in the center for extra creaminess.
  8. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Remove from molds and drizzle with more melted white chocolate.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar and serve cold.
