Creamy Vanilla Ice Cream Bars 🍦✨
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ½ cup white chocolate (melted)
- Powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan, mix whole milk and cornstarch until smooth.
- Add condensed milk and cook on low heat until slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until fluffy.
- Fold the cooled milk mixture and vanilla extract into the whipped cream.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Add a little melted white chocolate in the center for extra creaminess.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove from molds and drizzle with more melted white chocolate.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve cold.
