Chocolate Chip Fat Bomb Fluff
* 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
* 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
* 3–4 tbsp powdered erythritol or any keto sweetener
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for chocolate flavor)
* ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips
* Pinch of salt
1. Whip the Cream
* In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until **stiff peaks form**.
* Set aside.
2. Make the Cream Base
* In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
* Add sweetener, vanilla, cocoa powder (if using), and salt.
* Mix until creamy and lump-free.
3. Combine
* Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
* Do this slowly to keep it light and fluffy.
4. Add Chocolate
* Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips.
5. Chill (Optional but Better)
* Refrigerate for **30–60 minutes** for best texture.
* Scoop into a glass like the picture 
* Top with extra chocolate chips or cocoa dust
* Enjoy straight from the fridge!
