Chocolate Banana Brownies

These brownies are rich, chocolatey, and naturally sweet from bananas. Soft inside, slightly crispy edges, and topped with glossy chocolate ganache — pure dessert heaven!


🧾 Ingredients

🍰 For the brownies:

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter (melted) or oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)

  • 1 cup chocolate (chopped)
  • ½ cup heavy cream

1. Prepare batter

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)
  • In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth

  • Mix well
