Instructions

Trim the crusts from the bread slices and gently flatten each slice with a rolling pin.

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each bread slice. Add a few blueberries on top.

Roll the bread tightly into small rolls and press gently to keep them sealed.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon.

Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.

Dip each roll into the egg mixture, coating all sides lightly.

Place the rolls in the warm pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and slightly crisp.

Remove from the pan and let them cool for a minute.
