The Bagel Pasta Salad

✨Everything But The Bagel Pasta Salad✨ Great for the 4th of July!!!

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Cook and cool 1 pound of pasta.
    • Cook and crumble 1 pound of bacon (save a little for topping).
    • Chop 1 to 1 1/2 cups of cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of red onions.
    • Drain and rinse 1 can of black olives.
    • Have an 8oz bag of cheese cubes ready.
  2. Combine in a Large Bowl:
    • Mix the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon (except the portion saved for topping), chopped cucumbers, bell pepper, black olives, cheese cubes, and chopped red onions.
  3. Prepare Dressing:
    • In a separate bowl, mix until smooth:
      • 1 cup of mayonnaise
      • 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream
      • 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
      • 3 tablespoons of everything bagel seasoning
  4. Mix Everything Together:
    • Combine the dressing with the pasta mixture, stirring well to coat evenly.
  5. Top and Refrigerate:
    • Sprinkle the reserved bacon crumbles and more everything bagel seasoning on top.
    • Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
  6. Enjoy!
