Makes a perfect weight-loss / high-protein breakfast – ready in 5 minutes!

Tips to make your Yogurt Bowls look & taste

*1. Yogurt must be THICK:* The fruits are sinking? Your yogurt is thin. Use only Greek yogurt or hung curd. To make hung curd at home – tie normal curd in a muslin cloth for 2 hours in fridge. Thick yogurt holds toppings .

*2. Arrangement is key:* Don’t mix everything. Place each fruit in its own section around the bowl like in photo. Banana always opposite to berries – gives that colorful look.

*3. Keep crunch crunchy:* Add granola, almonds, coconut flakes at the VERY last second. If you add early, it becomes soggy.

*4. No brown bananas:* Slice banana and squeeze a little lemon juice on it. It will stay white and fresh

*5. Cold fruits = best taste:* Chill your cut mango, kiwi, pineapple for 15 mins. Cold fruit + cold yogurt tastes 10x better than room temp.

*6. Drizzle :* For that perfect peanut butter / honey drizzle in top-left bowl, warm peanut butter 10 seconds in microwave. It will flow like sauce.

*7. For weight-loss version:* Skip honey, use 0% Greek yogurt, add 1 tbsp chia seeds. Keeps you full for 4-5 hours.
