Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or fettuccine)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups fresh spinach

1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half

½ cup cream cheese

½ cup parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the pasta until al dente according to package directions.

Before draining, save about ½ cup pasta water.

2. Cook the Garlic & Vegetables

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add:

Cook for 2–3 minutes until the spinach softens.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce

Lower the heat slightly and stir in:

heavy cream

cream cheese

parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

pepper

Stir until smooth and creamy.

If the sauce feels too thick, add a little reserved pasta water.

4. Toss Everything Together

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet.

Toss until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

5. Serve

Serve warm with:
