Berry-Banana Smoothie Bowl,

Berry-Banana Smoothie Bowl,

Ingredients

For the Base:

  • Frozen mixed berries: 1 cup (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

  • Frozen banana: 1 sliced

  • Milk of choice: cup (almond, oat, or dairy milk)

  • Greek yogurt: cup (optional, for extra creaminess)

For the Toppings (Arranged in Rows):

  • Strawberries: cup, sliced

  • Fresh raspberries & blueberries: A small handful of each

  • Dried goji berries: 1 tablespoon

  • Shredded coconut: 1 tablespoon

  • Banana: fresh banana, sliced

  • Granola & Almonds: 2 tablespoons for crunch

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: Add the frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, milk, and yogurt into a high-speed blender.

  2. Mix Until Thick: Blend on high until completely smooth and thick, like soft-serve ice cream. If it gets stuck, stop and scrape down the sides, or add an extra splash of milk. Tip: Keep the liquid minimal so your toppings don’t sink!

  3. Pour: Spoon the thick smoothie base into a chilled serving bowl and smooth out the top with the back of a spoon.

  4. Artfully Arrange: Recreate the beautiful look in the photo by arranging your toppings in neat, vertical rows across the top. Start from the left with sliced strawberries, followed by raspberries, goji berries, blueberries, a stripe of shredded coconut, fresh banana slices, and finish with granola and almonds on the right edge.

  5. Serve: Enjoy immediately with a spoon while cold and fresh!
