Ingredients
- 1 can (400g / 14 oz) condensed milk
- 3 ripe bananas (well mashed) π
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: crushed biscuits (for base like in image)

1. Prepare mixture
- Mash bananas until smooth
- Add condensed milk + vanilla β mix well
2. Add dry ingredients
- Sift flour + baking powder + salt
- Mix into banana mixture β smooth batter
π₯ Cooking (No Oven Methods)
Option 1: Pan / Stovetop
- Grease a pan or small pot
- Pour batter in
- Cover with lid
- Cook on very low heat for 25β30 minutes
Option 2: Steaming (Best result π)
- Pour batter into a greased container
- Steam for 30β35 minutes
- Check with toothpick
Option 3: Microwave (closest to β5 minβ claim)
- Use microwave-safe dish
- Cook for 5β7 minutes (depends on power)

- Add a biscuit base:
- Crush biscuits + mix with melted butter
- Press into pan
- Pour batter on top
- Cook/steam β gives that sandwich style
β οΈ Reality check
- Itβs not truly 5 minutes unless microwaved
- Texture is more like:
- Custard cake / pudding cake
- No eggs = softer structure

- Use very ripe bananas (more sweetness, better texture)
