🥗🐟 Mediterranean Salmon Power Salad 🍳✨
Fresh, protein-packed, and full of flavor — this salmon salad is perfect for lunch or dinner! 💪🌿
🛒 Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet 🐟
2 eggs 🍳
2 cups fresh spinach 🌿
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes 🍅 (halved)
1/2 cucumber 🥒 (sliced)
1/4 red onion 🧅 (thinly sliced)
6–8 olives 🫒
2 tbsp feta cheese 🧀
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
Salt, black pepper & chili flakes 🌶️
👩🍳 Instructions:
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and chili flakes 🌶️.
Sear in a hot pan with olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through 🐟🔥.
Boil eggs for 7–8 minutes, peel, and slice in halves 🍳.
In a bowl, combine spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta 🥗.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice 🍋✨.
Top with salmon and eggs. Sprinkle extra chili flakes if you like heat 🌶️.
