π€ Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake

π Ingredients

12 oz linguine or spaghetti

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

4 tbsp butter
-
4 cloves garlic, minced

ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Β½ cup white wine or chicken broth

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

1 cup heavy cream
-
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
π©βπ³ Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
2οΈβ£ Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3οΈβ£ SautΓ© garlic:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute.
4οΈβ£ Cook shrimp:
Add shrimp and cook 3β4 minutes until pink.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
5οΈβ£ Make sauce:
Add wine (or broth) to skillet. Simmer 2 minutes, scraping pan.
Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and cream. Simmer gently.
6οΈβ£ Combine pasta:
Add cooked pasta to sauce. Toss well.
Season with salt and pepper.
7οΈβ£ Assemble:
Transfer pasta to baking dish.
Arrange shrimp on top.
Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella evenly.
8οΈβ£ Bake:
Bake 15β20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9οΈβ£ Finish:
Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
