Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded

½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt

1–2 tbsp light mayo (optional but adds richness)

1–2 tbsp pickle juice (to taste)

¼ cup celery, finely chopped

1–2 tbsp red onion or scallions (optional)

1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

 

Directions

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, light mayo, pickle juice, and seasonings.

Fold in chicken, pickles, celery, and onion.

Chill 20–30 minutes if you can (flavor gets better 👌).

Taste and adjust pickle juice or dill.
