π Ingredients
π₯£ 1/2 cup rolled oats
π₯ 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
π 1 ripe banana (sliced)
π« 1/4 cup blueberries
π₯ 1β2 tbsp peanut butter
π° 2 tbsp mixed nuts (pecans, almonds)
π― 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
π± 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

π₯£ In a jar, mix oats, milk, chia seeds, and a little honey.
βοΈ Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
π In the morning, add sliced banana on top.
π« Sprinkle blueberries and chopped nuts.
π₯ Drizzle peanut butter generously over everything.
π― Add extra honey if you like it sweeter.
