ยผ cup heavy cream

1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguine until al dente according to package instructions.
Reserve ยผ cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken
Season the cubed chicken with:
โ Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter.
Add chicken and sautรฉ until golden brown and fully cooked through (about 6โ8 minutes).
Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the ยฝ cup butter over medium heat.
Stir in:
โ Garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Let the sauce simmer for 3โ4 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Combine Everything
Add the cooked chicken and linguine to the skillet.

If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen it.
