Ingredients:
- 1 container (8 oz) fat-free Cool Whip, thawed
- 2 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons water
- Sugar-free chocolate syrup
Instructions:
- Prepare the PB2 Mixture:
- In a medium bowl, mix the PB2 powdered peanut butter with the water until smooth.
- Combine with Cool Whip:
- Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the PB2 mixture until well combined.
- Fill the Muffin Liners:
- Line a mini muffin pan with mini muffin liners.
- Spoon the mixture into the liners, filling each one evenly.
- Initial Freezing:
- Place the muffin pan in the freezer for 15 minutes to set slightly.
- Add Chocolate Drizzle:
- Remove the muffin pan from the freezer and drizzle the tops of the peanut butter cups with sugar-free chocolate syrup.
- Final Freezing:
- Return the muffin pan to the freezer and freeze until completely solid, about 1 hour.
Serving:
- Once frozen, remove the peanut butter cups from the muffin liners and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
