1 ripe banana
1 cup carrots chopped (about 1 large)
1 cup almond milk
½ cup soya probiotic yogurt
¼ cup walnuts
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Dash of nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all the ingredients into your blender and process until smooth.
Pour in glass and add toppings. Drink immediately.
