  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional, if using fresh berries)

Instructions

  1. Layer the Ingredients: Add the milk to your high-speed blender first. This helps the blades turn smoothly without getting stuck. Follow with the blueberries, protein powder or yogurt, nut butter, chia seeds, and sweetener.
