- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced

Step 1: Prepare the Salmon
Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together:
- Honey
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Sesame oil
Set aside.
Step 3: Sear the Salmon
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon cubes in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Step 4: Add the Sauce
Pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, gently turning the salmon cubes until coated in the glossy sauce.
Step 5: Garnish
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, and sliced green onions.
Step 6: Serve
Serve immediately over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
