Ingredients
3 nori sheets
1 can tuna, drained
1 avocado, sliced
1 cucumber, julienned
1 cup sprouts or shredded lettuce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
Sesame seeds

Pickled ginger

Brown rice
Instructions
1. Make the Tuna Filling
In a bowl, mix together:
tuna
mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
sriracha
soy sauce
Taste and adjust spice if needed.
2. Prep the Wraps
Lay a nori sheet flat on a cutting board or clean surface.
Add:
cucumber
sprouts or lettuce
avocado
spicy tuna mixture
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Roll Everything Up
Carefully roll the nori tightly like a wrap or burrito.
If needed, lightly wet the edge of the nori to help seal it.
4. Slice & Serve
