Easy Coffee Affogato Sundae

2 large scoops of coffee or vanilla ice cream

1 shot (1/4 cup) of strong brewed espresso or hot coffee

2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate chips

1 tablespoon of whole coffee beans (for topping)

Prep the Glass: Take a large glass cup or dessert bowl and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill. This keeps the ice cream from melting too fast.

Add the Ice Cream: Scoop two large, firm rounds of your favorite coffee or vanilla ice cream directly into the chilled glass.

Drizzle the Chocolate: Warm your chocolate syrup or melted chocolate slightly, then slowly drizzle it over the top of the ice cream scoops so it creates thick, smooth ribbons.

Pour the Coffee: Gently pour the hot espresso or strong brewed coffee over the ice cream, letting it pool slightly at the bottom of the glass.

Garnish and Serve: Scatter a few coffee beans over the top for a crunch and beautiful presentation. Serve immediately with a spoon!
