- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop small balls onto a lined baking tray.
- Press each cookie lightly with a fork to make a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges look set.
- Let cool on the tray for 10 minutes before serving.
