🛒 Ingredients
- 🌽 4 cups corn kernels
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 🥄 ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 🥛 ¼ cup sour cream
- 🧀 ½ cup Cotija or feta cheese, crumbled
- 🧄 1 garlic clove, minced
- 🍋 2 tbsp lime juice
- 🌶️ 1 tsp chili powder or Tajín
- 🌿 ¼ cup chopped cilantro

1️⃣ Char the Corn
➡️ Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
