Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 4–5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
Optional Seasonings
- Salt and black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the vegetables
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, dice the potatoes, and slice the onion.
2. Add to crockpot
Place everything into the slow cooker:
- Cabbage
- Potatoes
- Onion
- Butter on top
Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook
- Low: 6–7 hours
or - High: 3–4 hours
Cook until potatoes are tender and cabbage is soft.
4. Stir and serve
Mix everything well before serving so the buttery flavor coats all the vegetables.
