Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp brown sugar or allulose
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
- Pour in the sauce and toss everything together.
- Cook another 2 minutes until glossy and flavorful.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice.
