Garlic Pepper Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry 🍤🥦

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • ½ tsp brown sugar or allulose

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
  5. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together.
  6. Cook another 2 minutes until glossy and flavorful.
  7. Serve hot over rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice.
