Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
1. Season the Chicken
Season sliced chicken with:
- Italian seasoning
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
2. Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Cook the Green Beans
In the same skillet add:
- remaining olive oil
- butter
- garlic
Cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add green beans and sauté for 6–8 minutes until tender.
4. Combine Everything
Return chicken to skillet.
Stir together and cook another 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice if desired.
