Ingredients (makes ~20 balls)

1 cup quick oats

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup powdered peanut butter (like PB2)

¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup (or honey if not strict WW)

¼ cup unsweetened applesauce

1–2 tbsp water or almond milk (as needed)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional coating (like picture):

¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

Mix dry ingredients

In a bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, and powdered peanut butter.

Add wet ingredients

Stir in maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla.

Add a little liquid if needed until it forms a sticky dough.

Roll into balls

Scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls (about 1 inch).

Chill

Place in fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

Coat (optional)

Dip or drizzle with melted chocolat
